Finance Team Leader

Job Purpose:

• Manage, motivate, and supervise the Finance Operations team of 3, within the Finance Department
• Ensure all operational tasks are completed in a complete, accurate & timely manner ensuring the best service is provided to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the local UK & Ireland Customer Service, Commercial and Claims and Collections Department to promote and improve working practices.
• Champion efficiencies and automations, processes, procedures and focusing on successfully implementing efficiencies to increase effectiveness with the support of the Head of Operations.
• Support the requirements of the quarterly and annual accounting audits and compliance audits

Objectives

• Monthly tasks are planned, communicated to internal stakeholders and monitored during the month.
• All tasks are carried out in a complete, accurate and timely manner in line with internal SLAs where applicable.
• All internal and external queries relating to Operational matters are resolved in an efficient and timely manner.
