Vattenfall is looking for the right person to fill the position as Compensation & Benefits Lead Netherlands functionally responsible for C&B in Netherlands. The position reports to the Director Compensation & Benefits and is a member of the C&B leadership team of Vattenfall. The main responsibility for the team is to develop and drive the Compensation & Benefit agenda for Vattenfall. The Compensation & Benefits team consists of, in addition to the Director C&B, Country leads for Sweden, Germany and The Netherlands respectively and C&B Specialists, all in all 14 persons.
Main tasks and responsibilities
The main responsibilities for the Compensation & Benefits Lead Netherlandsare to implement global Group C&B processes in Netherlands and a full responsibility for all Netherlands specific matters within the function.
