The Paid Search Manager is responsible for leading the strategy and efficient day-to-day management of assigned client accounts, focusing on innovation and meeting client's target KPIs. Reporting to to the Senior Director Paid Media.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Day to day management of digital media paid search campaigns, focusing on revenue and profit growth and managing within budget goals.
- Basic to advanced implementation of campaigns on the different search engines in addition to performing or assisting in validation / audits on campaigns of the same team
- Leading Account Performance and Growth strategy
- Driving Search Innovation and Testing Initiatives
- Leading and/or Supporting in Client QBRs
- Mentoring other team members with In-Platform execution
- Leading and/or Supporting Internal Team and Departmental Communications
Requirements
-
3+ years' experience in Paid Search account management

Agency related experience
-
In-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Paid Search campaigns (particularly Google Ads).

Google Ads Search Certification (preferable)

GA4 knowledge/Adobe
