Senior SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant

As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant at AlWatania, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality learning management solutions to our clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their training and development requirements, configure the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS), and provide ongoing support and maintenance. With your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors LMS, you will contribute to the success of our clients' learning and talent management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) for our clients.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design optimal learning management solutions.
• Configure the LMS system to align with clients' training and development strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and deliver training to end-users on SAP SuccessFactors LMS functionality and best practices.
• Support the testing and validation of the LMS system to ensure its accuracy and effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors LMS, including issue resolution and system enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates, best practices, and industry trends related to learning management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of learning and development principles and best practices.
• Experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors LMS with other HR systems and modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification, particularly in Learning Management System (LMS), is preferred.
