Sr. Marketing/Product Manager (m/f/d) for Automotive Battery Management Systems

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated personality (m/f/d) with both technical and business acumen, experience in automotive Battery Management (BMS), well linked within the whole ecosystem, from automotive semiconductors, Tier1, OEMs and service providers.

This position is located in the Greater Munich Area, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Germany or Graz, Austria

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the Automotive Battery Management Systems market. Gain and maintain knowledge of the business environment, and competitive situation.
• Engage, build, and maintain key relationships with key customers.
• Drive the Automotive Battery Management Roadmap, including HW, FW/SW, and ecosystem partners around Renesas Automotive Products
• Collect and Prioritize Product Requirements, Feature Requests and Market Requirements and collaborate with system architects and applications to ensure differentiated solutions and key product milestones are met optimally and efficiently.
• Be responsible for business cases, demand and volume forecast both for short and midterm planning and contribute to 5-year strategic plan including market modelling
• Organizing RFI and RFQ responses, driving cross functional teams to respond on time, with high quality, and compelling offerings in collaboration with Sales team.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements

• Master’s degree in automotive electronic engineering, computer science, power electronic, automation engineering or related field.
• Min.15 years work experience in the fields of electrical engineering, mechatronics and BMS
• Experience with automotive semiconductor development processes and qualifications.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, Strong Leadership, Analytical thinking,
• Complex problem-solving and Result-oriented
• Effective communication skills with cross functional teams, both technical and non-technical, within a fast-paced, collaborative, innovative environment.
• Fluent in English (written and oral).
• In-depth knowledge of automotive MCU technologies, architectures, and applications, with a proven track record of successful marketing experience in this domain
