Senior Analyst

• Title: Senior Analyst (ERP Migration User Support)
• Rate: $55 - $60/hr (12 month contract)

Our client, a Fortune 500 company, is seeking a Senior Analyst to support an ERP implementation. This is a contract position with an expected duration of twelve months with potential for extension. The role involves analyzing large data sets and triaging issues during the launch, providing support to field teams by addressing their questions, and offering feedback on any issues they encounter.

Responsibilities:

• Handle requests via the ticketing system for new asset introductions into the fleet, gathering asset specifications, referencing configuration documents, and preparing FBDI files.
• Create and execute FBDI uploads to support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Oracle Maintenance Cloud.
• Load FBDI files into the system, troubleshoot errors, re-upload as necessary, and verify accuracy within the system.
• Analyze large data sets in Excel to support decision-making, reporting, and system accuracy.
