Requirements

Here's what you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and requirements.
• Provide technical consultation and expertise to clients, addressing their AV needs and challenges.
• Design and develop customised AV solutions based on client requirements and specifications.
• Create detailed technical proposals, including system configurations, equipment lists, and cost estimates.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our AV solutions.
• Highlight the technical advantages and unique selling points of our products to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their AV needs.

Here's what you'll bring:

• Intermediate experience in a PreSales or technical support role within the AV industry.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems, including audio, video, control systems, and integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field is desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to IT and non-IT stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment to prioritise accordingly.

Please note that all team members must have a valid state-based Working with Children Check (WWCC), Police check, and be authorised to work in Australia.
