Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

What are you accountable for?

  • Lead the team to deliver well-differentiated customer experience in a Maxis Concept Store primarily by showcasing digital lifestyle solutions through in-store demonstrations and being a solutions advisor to the customers.
  • Ensure consistent high standards in terms of creating a dynamic retail store environment, cultivate the culture of constant innovation/experimentation and contribute in facilitating a constantly learning and sharing culture with active collaboration with the team members and key stakeholders.
  • Develop the team for Expert-level solutioning, providing personalized conversations with customers to enrich customer’s lifestyle and instrumental in delivering end-to-end walk-out-working experience .
  • Build a new retail environment enabled with Experiential journey demonstrating relevant solutions to create excitement for customers at every engagement opportunity leveraging both ‘digital’ and ‘physical’ capabilities and customer insights.
  • Drive constant learning and exposure to various external partners/solutions providers, advanced retail technologies in terms of delivering of lifestyle solutions and adapt to the world beyond conventional telecommunications.
  • Be a great ambassador of Maxis with fully customer oriented mind-set and a champion in delivering unmatched customer experience.

What do you need to have for this role?

  • Post Graduate Certificate / Diploma(Bachelor’s Degree Preferred)
  • Total Work Experience:1 year and above.
  • Total Relevant Experience: Experience in showcasing and conducting demonstrations preferred.
  • Tech savvy and computer literate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English language.
  • Obsessed with customers, hospitality, passionate about sales, competitive spirit, and understands people through interactive conversations.
  • Mandarin-speaking is an added advantage.
  • Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, Creative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment, a team player and leadership qualities.
  • Curious about technology and lifestyle (eg. Music, gaming, travel and wellness).
  • No fraud cases/blacklist history.
