Sr. Representative, Accounts Receivable

Job Description

1. To fully understand the AR Process and controls to ensure they will be followed when activities are
being performed / executed
2. To ensure timely and accurate invoice generation and submission to clients / Financial Planner, (this
includes follow up with the Operation teams to ensure billing information is timely delivered), based on the
provided guidance
3. To identify and timely communicate new transactions, one time transactions, non standard
transactions, etc to the AR Supervisor/ Mgr in order to receive the appropriate accounting guidance
4. To ensure AR Transactions (billing, Credit and Debit memos, collections) are accurate, complete and
timely posted
5. To provide AR Supervisor timely visibility over issues (Escalate as necessary)
6. To generate the AR Aging report and in coordination with the Financial Planning team provide
documented status for each transaction aged 30 days and above

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor of Commerce diploma.
• Fresher with proven good academic grades, or 6 months experience in Accounts Receivable process.
