Product Development Lead

We are currently looking for a Product Development Lead to join our team. Peter Lucas has developed an internal web-based platform to support business initiatives and is looking for someone with comprehensive knowledge of product development. This role involves leading the launch, continuous improvement, iterations, and future developments of this platform.

The Product Development Lead will be responsible for end-to-end development and maintenance of a web-based platform and any new features, iterations, and products as specified by Peter Lucas’ Senior Leadership. This role encompasses the ownership of all aspects of product development, including:

· Product management

· Product design

· Architecture and system integration

· Front-end and back-end development

· UI/UX design

· Systems administration

· Testing and quality assurance

· Personnel Management
