Expert Graphic Automation Designer

Your main responsibilities

• You will be a part of a multidisciplinary team, working on delivering best solutions to automate graphic design workflow for the largest e-commerce in Poland
• You will create reusable templates in various technologies and tools for internal and external display campaigns (Google Web Designer, HTML & CSS + JavaScript, Figma etc.)
• You will create engaging animations and interactions for Programmatic banners, Stories, You-Tube ads
• You will support the development of internal tool (creating concepts for new functions, collaborating with developers and testing solutions provided by them)
• Based on the data, you will identify potential areas for optimisation or automation and recommend and implement solutions for them
• You will review key visuals for the ability to implement a template solution and recommend possible changes
• You will also design some key visuals
• You will develop your design expertise through analytics and testing

This is the right job for you, if

• You have experience in graphic design for digital use with campaign design for mobile & web platforms proven portfolio and coding examples (*attach the link to the portfolio)
• You are excellent at coding in HTML5, CSS, JS
• You know exactly what Programmatic is and can create templates for it in Google Web Designer
• You are proficient in Adobe CC (Ps, A, An, Xd), Figma
• You have ability to adapt quickly to new design tools/programs and use them effectively/efficiently
• You are creative and have an innovative approach to automation-based design
• You have knowledge of technology solutions for graphic work automation available on the market
• You are not afraid to test your ideas
• You draw your conclusions from analytics and numbers
• You practice a design approach in the spirit of Mobile First
• You are able to manage your own work and the tasks/projects assigned to you and complete them on time
• You know English at B2 level

The following are also a plus

• You can create advanced animations in After Effects or other software
• You have experience in creating/developing graphical production optimisation tools
• You have competence in UI/UX
