Senior IT Operation Engineer

About the Role

The Senior IT Operations Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and optimal performance. This role also involves managing IT projects & enhancing IT infrastructure within Goto’s India Office.

What You Will Do

• Respond to and resolve IT incidents (for hardware, software, and network issues) and ensure minimal downtime and disruption to business operations
• Document and maintain system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems &, network within corporate offices
• Lead IT projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goal

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on infrastructure and network management as well as IT support
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Operating Systems: Proficiency with Windows and macOS
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (Endpoint, network, etc.)
