PHP-Laravel Developer

Overview:

As a PHP Developer, you will be maintaining, improving, and further developing websites built with Laravel while maintaining a clean, well-structured codebase. A big part of the job will be estimating work, triaging issues, and organizing code into pull requests to be reviewed.

• Be responsible for maintaining, improving, and further developing websites built with Laravel while maintaining a clean, well-structured codebase
• Triaging issues and hotfixes on production to keep the tool running as we encounter issues.
• Increasing test coverage for critical areas of the application where they may be missing.
• Helping to develop new features with a focus on cleaning up the codebase along the way and refactoring where needed.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• At least 3 years of experience in modern PHP Development
• Solid understanding of writing testable code and adding test coverage in a clean and effective manner.
• A strong understanding of modern PHP (PHP 8 and newer) including object-oriented programming, exception handling and logging, and security best practices.
