Responsibilities

• Hands-on Coding: Contribute extensively to our technical roadmap by writing code and developing key components.
• Mentorship: Mentor engineers through pair programming sessions, helping them enhance their practical skills.
• Code Reviews: Perform code reviews, offering constructive feedback to help engineers refine their coding practices.
• Best Practices: Establish and uphold best practices and standards in our codebase to ensure the quality and reliability of our systems.

Example Projects

• Develop and implement critical features that align with our technical roadmap.
• Conduct pair programming sessions to enhance the team's coding skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Lead code review sessions, providing detailed feedback to maintain high coding standards.

Design and implement best practices for code quality, version control, and deployment processes.
