Associated Finance Manager

As an Associated Finance Manager, this position has to supervise all accounting matters in the company including Month end closing, Quarter end closing, and Year end closing. Also, has to deal with GST filing and Annual Tax filing by closely work with the Corporate Tax preparer. In addition, s/he has to manage all request from external auditor and has to support the country manager.

1. Overall responsible for Monthly and Yearly closing and reporting including:
   • Manage AR, AP, Fixed asset, and GL
   • Manage the full set of accounts
   • Manage Intercompany accounts and do reconciliation
   • Manage Revenue and GST|VAT Tax filing
2. Coordinate Annual Tax Return by providing the accounting data timely and work closely with corporate secretary.
3. Has to manage External audit and Corporate tax return with the help from Finance Director.
4. Assist for Planning & Forecasting process for COST.
5. Support Corporate Initiative projects as local contact person.
6. Development of work flow for local office according to HQ work process.
7. Has to maintain the most updated Travel and Expense policy.
