Junior Graphics Designer

RPO Recruitment's client, based in Pretoria, is seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphics Designer to join their team. As a Junior Graphics Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including brand identity, print materials, digital designs, and social media content.

In this role, you will collaborate with senior designers and clients to develop visually appealing and impactful designs that effectively communicate the client's message and brand identity. Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and design of various marketing and promotional materials, including logos, brochures, and banners
• Create visually appealing and engaging social media content and digital designs
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand design requirements and objectives
• Research current design trends and techniques to stay up-to-date with industry advancements
• Prepare design drafts and present ideas for review and feedback
• Revise and modify designs based on client feedback and ensure final designs meet all requirements
• Manage multiple design projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Design or a related field.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of brand identity, color theory, typography, and logo design.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas for company branding materials.
• Ensuring brand consistency across all visual outputs.
• Has UX/UI Design Skills
• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Ability to design for various devices and screen sizes.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles to better collaborate with developers.
