Accounts Payable Specialist

The Opportunity

As the Accounts Payable Specialist you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and contributing with your willingness to improve and automate the financial processes. You would be part of a highly motivated global team and report directly to the Accounts Payable Team Lead in Stockholm.

To succeed in this role you are going to need to be a strong team player with the ability to see details and have a positive can-do attitude.

What You Will Do

• Process incoming vendor invoices, accurately matching them with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Verify the accuracy of invoice details, including pricing, quantities, and payment terms in Chrome River.
• Must be familiar with VAT / Tax codes in various countries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to obtain necessary approvals for invoices and expense and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare and process weekly fund request and payment files
