**This position is contingent on contract award**

First Division is accepting resumes for a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) in the Fayetteville, NC area to support Fort Liberty in the coordination of all aspects of contract management and supervision of contractor personnel in support of the Intelligence Support Services Joint project. This position supports the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).

The DPM will be responsible for:

  • Being available to the COR and Contracting Officer during normal business hours and shall be available during all other times as required.
  • The PM will maintain accurate contact information throughout the periods of performance and will notify the COR of any changes within 3 days of the occurrence.
  • Daily manning report.
  • Monthly Status Reports.
  • Management of all aspects of executing ISSJ, including customer requirements and employee requirements.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in subject matter area, or closely related discipline.
  • Ten (10) or more years of managerial experience within USSOCOM, Joint Special Operations Task Force (JSOTF), or other the DoD or equivalent Government agencies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP).
  • Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility.

Desired:

  • Master’s degree in subject matter area, or closely related discipline.
  • Eight (8) or more years USSOCOM or JSOTF experience in special operations intelligence disciplines.
  • Defense Acquisition University DAWIA or Back-2-Basics Program Management Certifications.

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is required.
