Your role in our mission

You’ll be a Senior Business Analyst on our largest ever investment programmes, building the global platforms that connect clients and job seekers alongside the back office tools we need to run and grow our business.

You will play a vital role in this exciting and critical programme, and you will encourage, mentor and support your team and the wider business through this change, acting as an advocate for our requirements first way of working.

Your work will touch every part of our business, and with our clients to shape the future of our global platforms.

What you’ll do:

• Define the detailed requirements for across the Global Platforms programme, maintaining alignment between the high level agreed scope / requirements
• Support the development and ongoing refinement of the Global Platforms programme backlog, helping to prioritise the features and functionality we deliver next
• Lead, support and mentor the members of the BA team, sharing your knowledge and expertise across the team
• Build ways of working across the team to ensure programme deliverables are aligned with internal and external customer needs, constantly using the voice of our customers to refine our approach
• Keep a constant eye on the commercial commitments to deliverables made by our implementation partners, ensuring any issues are resolved or escalated
• Act as the key interface between business teams, the implementation partner / software vendor and Technology to ensure all requirements are in the overall incremental delivery plan
• Partner with teams from across the business, working alongside our Business Change team, to drive adoption of the new systems and the delivery of the agreed outcomes and benefits
• Challenge processes and ways of working across the business to help achieve the our desired outcomes, aligned with our strategy and key principles
• Build relationships across the business, working closely with colleagues at all levels. Regularly interface with leaders from across the business

Requirements

Requirements

• You have experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in implementing at least one of our key focus areas;
  • ERP solutions in a Sales / Service or Finance domain. Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement and / or Finance & Operations would be ideal
  • Global marketplace platforms, with experience in the recruitment sector being ideal
• You are a creative problem solver, you’ll know how to influence stakeholders at all levels to step back, understand the root cause of a problem and develop innovative solutions
• You have a proven ability to lead cross functional teams, inspiring them to achieve ambitious goals
• You are passionate about understanding and meeting the needs of customers, advocating for them and their needs is your mission
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can effectively convey complex technical and business concepts to stakeholders at all levels
• You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities, whilst maintaining focus on the big picture in terms of strategic goals / timescales
• You have a track record of delivering high-quality products on time and on budget, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on being better every day
• You are a 'doer' and are not afraid to make decisions and take calculated risks to drive the platforms forward, ensuring that innovation, execution and business value are balanced
