As part of our Project Management department, your role is to deliver every customer projects on time within budget and scope. As a consequence, your main responsibilities will be:
- To work closely with the Sales teams during pre-sales phase in order to define customer needs and to show our solutions value
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- To gather, lead and federate project teams (both internal and external) with the aim of preparing a key-account roll out
- To coordinate the different steps of the process and to ensure the timing of the deliveries and their quality
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop comprehensive and detailed project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Establish , Manage and maintain the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management
- Engineering degree (IT specilialization is a plus)
- Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven success taking ownership of project management
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Professional background within the retail industry would be appreciated
