JOB TITLE: Senior Member of Technical Staff

JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard St., Dallas, Texas 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]

_Senior Member of Technical Staff needed by AT&T Services, Inc. in Dallas, Texas [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] to provide solutions to complex business and technical problems or issues of complex scope using advanced engineering and technical principles. Develop and certify Layer 1-4 technologies on multiple vendor hardware and software platforms based on customized or generic design. Identify and define software and hardware problems and develop viable solutions and alternatives. Use system utilities and automation to effectively resolve hardware and software problems. Work with hardware and software vendor(s) to identify and fix bugs and perform detail root cause analysis and bug validation in certification lab environment. Provide ongoing support to operation partners in case of production issue.
