Warehouse Operative

The Opportunity:

Avantor is looking for a dedicated and diligent member of our Warehouse Team, to optimise our Distribution & Warehouse Operations.

This role will be a full-time position (Mon – Fri and no shifts) based out of our MESM, Chorley site.

The site manages a wide range of technical and non-technical projects, including complex engineered equipment, the responsibility of the person is critical to supporting global clinical trials. Daily you will work with IT systems to include ERP system, Outlook, and Excel.

This is not a standard warehouse position, you will need analytical skills and an impressive eye for detail, reviewing incoming equipment from manufacturers, checking they match the order, before sending to the customer. Regulations and technical specifications need to be qualified, a element of quality checking is required.
