We have an opportunity for a role Business Systems Analyst, to join our CRM team.

As the Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding stakeholder needs, workflows, and functionalities for both Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 online and Power Platform to provide customization, facilitate workshops, and implement solutions that optimize business processes.

This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage and optimize CRM and Business Central systems, ensuring they are effectively integrated and aligned with the organization's strategic goals. In this role, you will:

  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Development, and Finance teams to understand and document business requirements for both CRM and Business Central
  • Translate requirements into necessary configurations and customizations for Dynamics 365/Power Platform
  • Customize the systems using Dynamics 365/Power Platform configuration, workflow, and SDK tools
  • Design and implement integrations between CRM and other systems, particularly Business Central and HubSpot, ensuring that integrations meet business requirements
  • Provide clear and concise documentation to all impacted teams regarding CRM and Business Central processes and modifications
  • Identify creative solutions to meet business requirements and enhance system functionalities
  • Facilitate continual cross-functional team reviews on processes and optimizations for both CRM and Business Central
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, internally and externally, to deliver specific customized solutions
  • Research, understand, and stay up to date on CRM and Business Central best practices
  • Test and promote modifications to the production environment, ensuring system integrity and performance
  • Manage and evaluate modifications, measuring success, identifying improvements, and communicating with key stakeholders
  • Create and maintain relevant documentation regarding CRM and Business Central processes and customizations

You are a great fit if you have:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Apps/Power Automate
  • 3+ years of experience in customizing Dynamics 365 and as an administrator/customizer
  • Experience in CRM integration projects (Business Central, HubSpot, and others)
  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including customization and integration capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to research and learn independently
  • Experience in system and acceptance testing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication/presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively within a team and with all stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate effectively in technical terms to developers and translate information into business capabilities with Business Analysts
  • Proven ability to initiate change when opportunities to improve are identified; you propose ideas and are able to take initiatives when appropriate.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have knowledge of data modeling and relational database systems
  • Have proven experience with Power BI
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Excel (reports and analytics)
  • Have knowledge of Jet Reports

The pay range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000, depending on experience.
