Director of Engineering

This is a hybrid role based out of Palo Alto or San Francisco offices and will require you to be in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

As a Director of Engineering at Grindr, with a focus on our monetization products, you’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in building the next generation of the Grindr app! Working within our engineering team, you will solve challenging problems while managing a small team of talented engineers and managers. You will provide your team with thought leadership and expert technical guidance/mentorship and turn empathy into action for our enthusiastic, queer user base.
