Operational Accounting Analyst

As an Operational Accounting Analyst, you will perform precise and timely accounting tasks critical to maintaining our financial integrity and supporting business objectives. Collaborating across departments, you will deliver high-quality outputs that contribute to our mission of operational efficiency and financial excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare journal entries for cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform monthly accruals for operating expenses in collaboration with departments to capture financial obligations promptly.
• Record and manage corporate credit card expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies and timely reconciliation.
• Manage monthly amortization of prepaid expenses and fixed assets.
• Maintain and update monthly financial packages supporting schedules.
• Assist in general ledger reconciliations and support audit requests.
