Our Finance department is expanding rapidly! Over the past year, our Finance team has experienced substantial growth and has played a pivotal role in driving our financial success. We're seeking a Junior AP who thrives in a dynamic financial environment and has a knack for numbers. Could you be the one we're looking for?

As a Junior Accounts Payable, you will be part of our Global Accounting team that is responsible for ensuring that all internal and external reporting requirements are met and day-to-day operations specifically closing and consolidation of domestic and foreign subsidiaries are running. The Junior AP will adhere to accounting governance plans and processes to timely generate accounting information and reporting requirements, and ensure the quality of financial information.

What you will do:

• Checking and processing incoming inquiries
• Support with the maintenance of supplier master data
• Checking incoming invoices and forwarding them to the team colleagues for further processing
• Review and posting of travel costs and (virtual) credit cards

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree or ongoing studies in economics, business administration, or a comparable degree program
• Basic knowledge of accounting, ideally acquired as part of a commercial
  apprenticeship
• SAP user knowledge in accounts payable is desirable
• You can work independently and accurately
• Fluent English is required
