Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our ERP transition project. Working closely with our global team, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying requirements, and ensuring a smooth transition to Dynamics 365 ERP. Your expertise will be critical in optimizing our business operations and enhancing our overall efficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and global stakeholders to understand and document current business processes and workflows
• Conduct detailed analysis to identify business requirements and gaps in the current system
• Develop and implement strategies for the successful migration from Microsoft Axapta 2012 to Dynamics 365 ERP
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of business processes
• Create detailed documentation, including process maps, business requirements, and functional specifications
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure a seamless transition
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the post-implementation phase
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve business processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, MIS or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years specifically in ERP implementation or migration projects
• Proven track record of working with Microsoft Axapta 2012 and Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft CRM and ERP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus
• Relevant certification such as CBAP, PMP is a plus
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Experience with SQL and proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including the capability to generate and analyze reports to aid in decision-making.
