As the Account Manager at Voadera, you will play a critical role in growing the value of the accounts you manage. You will shape the strategic direction of partner relationships, oversee marketing and sales efforts, upsell and cross-sell, negotiate better prices, and drive the brandโ€™s sales. Your work will directly influence the growth and success of our companyโ€™s ambitious goals, laying a strong foundation for future leadership roles within Voadera

What will you do?

  • Maintain vibrant, continual dialogue with partners, keeping them happy, anticipating their needs, gathering feedback, and pinpointing mutual growth avenues
  • Spearhead advantageous negotiations,ensuring beneficial terms and cultivating lasting goodwill.
  • Develop and leverage strong relationships with partners to understand their needs and identify opportunities for pselling and cross-selling.
  • Oversee and take ownership of the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring all requirements are metAddress and resolve escalated purchase order, logistics, payment, or marketing issues, ensuring swift and satisfactory outcomes for both Voadera and our partners.
  • Pilot key meetings and discussions, reinforcing our marketing strategies and sales agenda and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve marketing strategies that elevate partner sales performance, leveraging cross-functional expertise to maximize the impact of our campaigns
  • Increase Partner sales by ensuring optimized marketing efforts as well as marketplace optimization
  • Provide exceptional service and support to address partner issues and concerns promptly
  • Analyze performance metrics and market trends to continuously improve partner engagement and sales strategies
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to partners
  • Implement data-driven decision-making, including conducting A/B tests and integrating all marketing platforms, to optimize account performance
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including backend management and compliance with policies to resolve typical escalations and issues
  • Optimize and grow accounts through different initiatives such as adding marketplaces better marketing, new releases, external marketing etc
  • Drive process improvements within the partner management and sales cycle
  • Maintained accurate and up-to-date records of partner interactions and transactions through our CRM

Impacts of your resutls are:

  • Strengthen the company's market position by expanding the partner network through referrals of current satisfied partners
  • Achieved a high rate of partner renewals and contract extensions
  • Increase company profitability through growing accounts and better pricing
  • Identified and capitalized on upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing an Amazon account such as marketing strategies, purchasing, logistics, and backend compliance
  • English level of B2 - C1
  • Proficiency in E-commerce marketplaces and dynamics, particularly Amazon
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and market trends
  • Proven track record in partner relationship management
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
