Senior Consultant - Microsoft and Symantec DLP

Our Delta Operational team is looking for a Senior Consultant - Microsoft and Symantec DLP to help and support one of our clients a major player within the fund industry.

The Senior Consultant - Microsoft and Symantec DLPwill have the following responsibilities :

• Design DLP policies and rules according to the entity's expectations. Monitor the status of agents, servers, and users on the Symantec DLP platform. Perform monitoring activities on the EU DLP platform.
• Report incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate the product vision with team members and relevant stakeholders. Follow the product roadmap and communicate it to relevant stakeholders. Participate in product governance with the entity (expectations, satisfaction).
• Maximize customer and business value through the team's achievements. Update the backlog daily based on business and stakeholder value.
• Ensure the product is operated end-to-end in compliance with AXA standards (Project/Program, Build, Run, and Continuous Improvement).
• Adhere to agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes to optimize product development and delivery. Assist with product promotion and marketing strategy.

Requirements

• Must have at least 8 years of experience in relevant roles, focusing on DLP technologies.
• Strong cybersecurity profile with extensive experience in Microsoft and Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
• Monitoring and management of Symantec DLP platforms.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes.
• Strong communication skills for product vision sharing and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to maximize customer and business value through product achievements.
• Have Master’s degree in computer science.
• English and French speaking are mandatory.
