RecargaPay is looking for an Automation Analyst to join our team. We are an innovative and dynamic company focused on optimizing processes and automating routines, resulting in continuous and significant improvements. As part of our team, you will be essential in creating and implementing advanced process automation solutions, developing SQL scripts, integrating and optimizing databases, and creating data visualization dashboards that provide valuable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Development of Automation Solutions
• Data Analysis and Modeling for automation and reporting
• Optimization and Integration of Databases enabling automation
• Development of Dashboards
• Implement process automation solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks such as Python and RPA, including knowledge in Blueprism
• Design and develop workflows considering different environments and tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes
• Provide integrated solutions between different systems and platforms that enable complete business process automation
• Perform process analyses and evaluations to support decision-making on which processes to automate, including technical feasibility analysis, cost, and opportunity
• Monitor and measure the performance of automated processes, proposing continuous optimizations based on statistical data obtained from monitoring
• Properly test and document processes, workflows, and solutions developed in automated processes
• Ensure data quality and integrity
• Gather necessary requirements and perform data modeling necessary for automations
• Create and optimize SQL scripts for SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring maximum performance in processing automated flows

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and RPA frameworks, especially Blueprism
• Experience in designing and developing automated workflows
• Ability to analyze and evaluate processes to identify automation opportunities
• Strong knowledge of SQL and query optimization in SQL and NoSQL environments
• Plus: Experience with ETL tools, Python, and/or Spark
• Plus: Ability to develop efficient and intuitive dashboards using Qlik Sense
• Academic Background: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
• Experience in developing automation and data analysis solutions using Python, SQL, BI tools, and dashboards using Qlik Sense, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Excel
• Excellent command of SQL
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Solid experience in Business Intelligence projects and data analysis
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and languages such as Airflow, Databricks, Redshift, PostgreSQL, and RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
• Experience with API integration and automation
• Familiarity with ETL tools such as Talend, Informatica, or Apache Nifi
• Machine Learning and AI: Knowledge in machine learning and main Python libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, and Prophet
• Automation with VBA: Experience with VBA scripts for process automation in Excel
• Integration with Other Tools: Integrate R with other tools and languages such as Python, SQL, and BI systems to optimize processes and perform advanced analyses

Differentials

• Data Visualization and Analysis Tools: Additional experience with other data visualization and analysis tools, usability, color patterns, and screen design
• Knowledge in additional languages such as JavaScript, Java, C#, or R
• AI Tools and Services: Knowledge in AI tools and services such as IBM Watson, OpenAI, or similar
• Application of statistical methods, including hypothesis testing, linear and nonlinear regression, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and time series models
• Create impactful graphics and visualizations with bar charts, histograms, box plots, scatter plots, among others
• Data Manipulation in Different Formats: Import and export data to and from different formats such as CSV, Excel, SQL, JSON, among others
• Functional Programming: Understanding of functional programming concepts in R, including higher-order functions, closures, and creating custom functions
• Create dynamic reports using rmarkdown that combine code, visualizations, and explanatory text to communicate insights and recommendations
• Payment Methods and Financial Market: Experience with payment methods, credit cards, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment accounts, registration control, accounting, money laundering prevention, or operations in the financial market in general
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities
• High organizational capacity and attention to detail, especially when dealing with large volumes of data
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with other teams and stakeholders
• Proactivity and ability to work independently and in a team
