Data & Business Analyst

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Data & Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

Employee’s Roles & Responsibilities in the project:

• Business and Data analysis.
• Regular status and ad-hoc meetings as deemed necessary.
• Exchange of information with stakeholders and consultants.
• Work status and progress reporting with the tool(s) used in the organization (currently Jira).
• Service specific activities defined by the project manager.
• Technical deliverables: ARIS data and data process models, data catalogue, analysis reports, business requirements reports, gap analysis reports, guides, user training materials, detailed schedules, plans, progress and status reports, risk registers, final reports etc.
• Other deliverables: deliverables related to meetings and trainings (agendas, presentations, minutes, training reports, etc.), wiki updates, service plans, other reports.

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

• 8 years of professional experience in the domain and Master Degree in IT or a related field.
• Experience in studying, modeling and defining legislative data flows and document the work using modelling tools.
• Experience with preparation of documentation related to meetings (agendas, presentations, meeting minutes...) and eventual planning follow-up.
• Experience with Jira, Aris, Protege, VocBench, Excel, OneNote, Teams, Visio, AKN4EU, IMMC, XML, OWL, JSON, XSD.
• Experience with defining and following up thesauri and concepts or metadata ontologies using Protegé, TopBraid and VocBench tools.
• Elaborating on these ontologies to model metadata, their relative hierarchical levels, their properties and applied business rules and their flows.
• Follow up on several metadata specifications and assess their possible developments overtime.
• Periodical status and ad-hoc meetings.
• Fluent in English at least at a level B2.
