Artwork Vector Processor

Our client is an Australian-based Jewellery brand specialising in Luxury Fingerprint Necklaces. They create unique pieces to celebrate the meaningful connections in your life and make the perfect gift.

They are now looking to hire an Artwork Vector Processor who will play a vital role in our company by preparing and creating detailed and accurate print vectors.

Job Description:

• Primary responsibility will be to transform ink prints into precise vectors that represent the original authentic print.
• Process approved fingerprint uploads from within our internal platform system.
• Download fingerprint files in chronological order based on the approval date.
• Convert fingerprint files into vector format using Adobe Illustrator.
• Upload all individual vectors per order within 24 hours of the approval date.
• Create vector print overlays upon request.
• Prioritise and schedule print jobs according to the initial upload date.
• Follow internal notes for each order meticulously.
• Make timely amendments to vector prints based on the team’s needs.
• Offer guidance on creating workable prints on request.
• Communicate promptly and effectively with the team.
• Vectors will include but not be limited to fingerprints, paw prints, handwriting, footprints, handprints, drawings, etc.
• Full knowledge of Adobe Illustrator desirable
• Attention to Detail & Excellent Organizational Skills-Ensuring thoroughness and precision, maintaining a well-organized work environment.
• Impeccable Artwork Skills -Demonstrating superior abilities in creating and managing high-quality vectors.
• Accurate and Timely Delivery of Tasks-Consistently meeting deadlines with precision and reliability.
• Fast Working Pace- Maintaining high productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work for 20 hours/week on non-peak days and 40 hours/week on peak seasons.
• Full knowledge and experience with Adobe Illustrator is essential for transforming ink prints into precise vectors.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in creating vectors that authentically represent original prints.
• Previous experience in converting prints to vector format and creating vector print overlays.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain a well-structured work environment and to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Impeccable artwork skills to demonstrate superior abilities in creating and managing high-quality vectors, including fingerprints, paw prints, handwriting, footprints, handprints, drawings, etc.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines with precision and reliability, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of tasks.
• Fast working pace while maintaining high productivity and efficiency without compromising on the quality of work.
• Professional and friendly manner with effective communication skills to interact promptly and effectively with the team.
