Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various job roles
• Act as a consultant to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, including online job postings and social media platforms
• Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential candidates
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and present them with suitable candidates
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights and advice to clients and candidates alike

Requirements

• Native or fluent in Norwegian language, both written and spoken
• Strong sourcing and networking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
