Enterprise Client Success Specialist

Act as an ambassador for Sincro in all external interactions
Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding them through corrective steps
Work with Sincro peers around the globe to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support for clients
Access all available resources including knowledge bases to aid in problem resolution
Maintain basic knowledge of OEM Programs, Products & Guidelines, and stay abreast of changes, updates and modifications
Manipulation of large data, both incoming and outgoing
Website domain management
Case creation via incoming customer email
Interaction with 3rd Party data partners
Participate in ad-hoc projects
Record, track, and document all internal/external interactions including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, actions taken, and next steps, through to the final resolution
Demonstrate appropriate ownership/accountability for all cases worked and prioritize cases in accordance with level of urgency
Utilize personal organizational strategy in order to efficiently and effectively manage tasks and responsibilities
Perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure issue is fully resolved before closing cases

• Strong fluency with Web Technologies and the Internet
• Proficient in Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of internet domain concepts including SSL, DNS, redirects, MX/TXT records, domain hosting and registry
• Proficiency working with large files of raw data and FTP servers
• Exceptionally strong customer relations skills, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional English communication skills both written and spoken (focus on American English)
• Strong documentation skills
• Understanding of digital marketing and website optimization strategies
• Basic understanding of automotive industry
• Background in automotive industry, sales, and/or digital advertising a plus
