How will I spend my time in this role?

  • Ensure industry flows and processes are completed in accordance with set KPI's;
  • Ensure supply information is received promptly and customer is billed accurately from the beginning;
  • Support the Industry Operations Team in achieving collaborative goals to improve KPI's;
  • Develop electricity processes to support business and team growth;
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to encourage wok is always completed within SLA's;
  • Problem solving to follow queries through to completion.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

  • You should have experience working in an office environment;
  • Worked with computers and can demonstrate a strong level of computer literacy;
  • Acute eye for detail ensuring all work is performed with the highest levels of accuracy and all required forms of due diligence are upheld.
