About the role

As our FP&A Analyst/Business Controller, you will be a vital business partner to all functions, with a particular focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) activities. You will play a key role in preparing analyses and providing financial insights to support decision-making across teams, while reporting to the VP of Finance.

What you will be doing

• Partnering with all functions, especially GTM, to provide financial insights and analyses.
• Owning and maintaining the revenue model, ensuring accurate data input from CRM and Finance systems.
• Reporting monthly revenue movements and drivers.
• Analyzing trends and utilizing SaaS metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Preparing revenue forecasts for new business and existing customers, including expansion, upsells, contraction, and churn.
• Calculating commission for GTM teams based on their targets and actual performance.
• Performing ad-hoc analyses as needed and driving process improvement initiatives to support company growth and scalability.

What you bring

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis, particularly within a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM and finance systems for data gathering and reporting.
• Ability to analyze trends and identify areas for improvement.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics and value drivers.
• Experience in revenue forecasting and financial modelling.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with various teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data reporting and analysis.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Finnish is nice to have.
