Meet the team:

The Systems and Solutions organization is engaged with many groups across the organization to architect product visions and provide guiderails to the design teams through development of product needs and requirements. We are the technical integrators that understand the needs from many functional teams and initiate collaborations to make devices loved by millions of people around the world.

Where you come in:

• You collaborate with marketing, hardware (ME, EE, FW, etc.), software, and the partners group to develop product needs and requirements.
• You review standards and determine which cluses are applicable to the product being developed.
• You work with the cross-functional team to continuously ensure product development is remaining within the requirements and vision.
• You will be part of the team responsible for the end-to-end performance of the CGM system that includes the transmitter, receiver, phones/watches, and third-party partner devices and services.
• You perform system-level performance testing.

What makes you successful:

• You have experience in medical device development, preferably inclusive of electronics.
• You have experience in mechnical design, electrical design, or firmware.
• You have experience with wearable devices.
• You have good understanding of electrical interfaces and how to package electrical components into ultra-low power and small form factor medical devices.
• You have excellent communication skills to convey technical topics to a wide-range of audiences.

Travel Required:

• 5 - 15%

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 2 -5 years related experience or Master's degree and 0 - 2 years equivalent experience.

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).

Salary:

$78,900.00 - $131,500.00
