What you can expect to be doing:

  • Act as a first point of contact to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on a range of people-related matters including performance management, employee relations, talent development, absence management and people policies and procedures.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding and inducting new hires, ensuring a smooth and seamless integration into the company culture. Also managing the probation review and exit interview processes
  • Provide payroll change data to the Finance team on a monthly basis
  • Be the administrator of all employee benefits (including learning and development budgets, wellness budgets and health insurance).
  • Partner with the VP of People to develop and implement initiatives and programs that promote employee engagement, retention, and career development.
  • Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation.
  • Alongside the VP of People, lead the performance management processes including annual performance review cycles and ongoing feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Produce insightful reports on a variety of people metrics and present findings
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of People processes and practices, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.

What we’re looking for:

  • Relevant experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Good knowledge of people best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational, admin and time management skills.
  • Experience of implementing an HRIS and using the HRIS Hibob would be advantageous.
