Junior System Integration Analyst

This position is ideal for a highly motivated and technically adapted individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration between our systems and those of our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to giving proper experience of the system.

Job Duties

• Identify technical requirements of the client and formulate technical integration solution & plan.
• Gather further information of the technical requirements within the organization by liaising with other teams of the organization.
• Formulating a timeline/plan to execute the trial by collaborative planning with other teams.
• Laying the basis for the process by completing technical requirements aligned with the clients requirements.
• Monitor the progress as it gradually progresses through the stages as teams work through the proposed timeline.
• Generating the reports based on the requirements of the clients.
• Delivering and following up with the client’s required amendments.

Requirements

• 1 year experience in the Audio Recognition Team at Orfium Sri Lanka is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in Neo systems (workspace settings, report generation, AR process and routines ) Jira, Salesforce, Music Quality Assurance and Metabase would be an added advantage.
• Posses experience in working with database languages preferably Data Manipulation Language (DML) statements using PostgreSQL and SQL
• Ability to understand the complete project workflow and create in-depth service workflow/descriptions
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex technical problems and develop creative solutions
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous and detail-oriented to ensure accurate data mapping and flawless system integration
• Experienced and skilled in google sheets/ms excel
• Excellent communication skills in English language (Verbal / Written)
• Ability to work independently and flexibility to work for extended hours.
