Software Development Group Leader

• Lead and manage a team of software developers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects within planned resource
• Collaborate with stakeholders local and global to define project requirements and objectives
• Plan and prioritize project tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress with global cooperation.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, software design principles, and quality guidelines
• Identify risks and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks to keep projects on track
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation within the team
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices
• Managing stakeholder expectations and communicating with internal and external customer effectively
• Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and support their professional growth
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity and excellence

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience(>6 years) in software development, with(>3 years) in a leadership role of automotive industry with functional safety relevant products
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and experience with AIGC
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
• Experience with Agile development practices and project management tools
• Ability to make strategic decisions, prioritize tasks, and manage resources effectively.
