The Role

We're on the lookout for a talented individual with a passion for design and a knack for turning ideas into visually stunning creations. You will work to conceptualise and create visually captivating graphics, layouts, and illustrations that effectively convey messages and reflect our brand identity across all our touch points. You are comfortable working dynamically where design excellence and speed to market are of high importance. You will work closely with the design team and wider marketing function to develop and execute visual communications and content that adheres to the company and marketing level priorities, and the global brand guidelines. There is room to flex your creativity in this role. It’s not just about taking a brief and delivering final designs. You are also encouraged to work with the design team to come up with new ways of communicating our brand story and offer.   • Create highly creative and engaging concepts and ideas for the design and execution of visual and campaign assets across digital and print platforms.

  • Helping oversee and level up the creative output of our design team.

  • Developing innovative solutions for presentations, content and digital media.

  • Developing highly engaging website pages to support pipeline generation and movement.

  • Strong creative POV with an understanding of business priorities and measures.

  • Help develop and refine the company's visual brand to reflect the priorities of the business and ensure the guidelines are always followed.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively manage our creative projects and enhance department productivity.

  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously to realise the organisations creative marketing goals.

  • Deliver all phases of production from concept to completion (e.g. mockups, hi-fidelity comps, production-ready assets and guidelines for usage).

  • Be a custodian of the brand, and help inform others on how best to portray it in all forms.

Requirements

About you

  • You will have a 8+ years industry experience with at least 3 years at a senior level.
  • Strong creative, organisational, problem solving and time-management skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing and print advertising including current trends, user experience best practices, responsive web design, display and social media.
  • Strong storytelling abilities with good understanding of creative copywriting.
  • Possess strong conceptual skills, a high-level sense of design, layout and typography, and a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions.
  • A strong attention to craft, to deliver the very highest quality work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to nurture the rest of the team and work with other disciplines.
