WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and mentor the Automation Quality Assurance team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Plan and prioritize automation activities to align with project goals and timelines.
- Work with other teams to understand business requirements, logic, relevant use cases, scenarios, and functional flows for the system under test.
- Ensure test automation design is traceable to requirements or existing manual test cases.
