Business Analyst

With your technical knowledge and experience with simulated backends, you will help shape the architecture and interfaces of the PostFinance app of tomorrow.

Description of the main tasks
− You analyse, specify, model, and validate complex business and technical requirements for our PostFinance app.
− You bring a professional perspective on data, processes, and functionalities and can translate them into technical concepts/designs.
− Together with our agile team in Lisbon and Switzerland, you take responsibility for our PostFinance app and accompany your specified solutions through implementation cycles to successful launch and beyond.
− With your independent working style and communicative nature, you contribute across departments and in interdisciplinary teams within our organization.Professional experience/expertise
− You possess technological and analytical skills, think in a networked and solution-oriented manner, and have an eye for the big picture.
− With your IT affinity and high initiative, you can quickly familiarize yourself with complex systems, understand relationships, and design interfaces.
− You have higher education in computer science, business informatics, or an equivalent IT-related qualification.
− You have experience in reading and defining service interfaces with YAML/OAS3 and are familiar with GIT and Gitflow.
− You are familiar with agile product and software development methods and tools and have successfully used them.

Education
− Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field´.

Language skills
− Excellent oral and written German and English skills are required for the position.− Willingness to travel.
