Head of Deployment

As the Head of Deployment in the e-mobility sector, this role involves the overall leadership and strategic oversight of the expansion and development of charging infrastructure. The primary objective is to drive the growth of the charging network, ensuring adherence to schedules, cost controls, and quality standards. Effective collaboration with multiple teams (local and global), as well as coordination with customers, cooperative partners, and suppliers, remains integral to achieving success in this leadership position.

• You will be leading a small team of three people
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the expansion of charging infrastructure, considering time, costs, and quality standards
• Lead the efficient management of CAPEX budgets, ensuring regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Foster collaboration with customers, cooperation partners, and suppliers in the planning and execution of charging infrastructure projects
• Oversee the handover of completed projects to operations management for ongoing operation and maintenance
