Job Summary: Madison Logic is seeking a Manager of Reporting to oversee the reporting and support of client-specific account-based marketing campaigns in lead generation, display, and CTV media. This role directly contributes to cultivating a culture of problem-solving, accountability, and creative approach to deliver the best ROI to our B2B clients by creating and managing processes and tools and solving, accountability, and creative approach to deliver the best ROI to our B2B clients by not only creating and managing processes and tools but also providing leadership and guidance to our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a coach, mentor, and leader on the Client Reporting Specialist team, supporting junior team members as an escalation resource to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Coordinate and facilitate education sessions, training materials, and ad-hoc special initiatives for the team
  • Act as a resource by consistently making yourself available to answer questions, share best practices, and direct junior team members to the resources they need to be effective
  • Optimize CRS team processes and represent CRS team cross-departmentally for special initiatives
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the productivity of CRS Team. Define reporting periods, formats, and levels of analytics.
  • Work behind the scenes to provide guidance, solve problems, mediate disputes, and proactively manage issues before they require escalation.
  • Support management in recruiting, onboarding, developing, empowering, and retaining a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Confidently lead, motivate, and influence the team in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Willingness to work during US Shift Timing (6:30pm-3:30am IST)
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Services in an AdTech or Martech environment.
  • 4+ years’ experience managing and mentoring teams
  • 1+ year experience as an official or unofficial team lead, as a proven role model CSM, supporting the development and success of your colleagues
  • 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Naturally curious with a passion for learning and process improvement
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Familiarity with display advertising and/or lead generation operations and technology
  • MUST be willing to get your hands dirty as this role is hands-on in the day-to-day
