ABOUT THE TEAM

As a vital part of the People & Culture department, our team works seamlessly across the entire organization. We specialize in supporting and empowering our leaders to foster an environment where everyone can thrive and perform at their best. We are two dedicated Business Partners who highly value teamwork, open and honest communication, and direct feedback. Most importantly, we are passionate about shaping and nurturing our unique company culture, enjoying every step of the process.

What your work will look like:

• You act as strategic partner to managers of all levels understanding their business objectives and developing people strategies along the employee experience cycle to support the business units success.
• You are a sparring partner on labor law issues and topics such as development and performance, compensation, team and personnel development.
• In coordination with leaders, you support organizational changes and all associated changes, from reflection to implementation using a systemic perspective. The development and moderation of workshops are also part of your tasks.
• You analyze people data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address them within your area of responsibility.
• You are steering and working on internal and cross-functional projects.

What you need to be successful in this role:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a business partner or in a similar position.
• Sound knowledge of German labour law and regulations.
• Strong communication & influential skills in advising Executives.
• The ability to build strong relationships and to challenge the status quo.
• You are well organized, motivated, assertive and have a creative way of thinking: Finding new solutions is what drives you.
• Fluent in English & German.
