Research AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a Research AI/ML Engineer to join our Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) R&D team. Our focus is on building LLM-based solutions and conducting comparative evaluations to identify the best models and approaches for various tasks. Our R&D work emphasizes translation, content generation, and a wide range of NLP solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop LLM-based solutions
• Collaborate with the innovations team to leverage company data for business solutions
• Analyze large volumes of linguistic data (e.g., multilingual text) from company databases to optimize product development and business strategies
• Introduce techniques to improve the accuracy and performance of existing products
• Develop custom data models, fine-tune baseline models, and create prompts and scripts
• Coordinate with functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Generative AI/LLMs, including both commercial and open-source models
