French Speaking Project Manager

Apt Resources, a leading recruitment company, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager AME (Africa and the Middle East) for Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)/ Casual Dining Restaurant (CDR) to join our client's team. Our client is a renowned company in the food services industry and is looking to expand their operations in the AME region.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing, controlling, and developing a full Project Management Programme for the construction of Group outlets across the UAE, GCC, African Continent, and other Territories where the Group establishes outlets.

Responsibilities:

• Management of establishing new outlets, relocating outlets, and revamping outlets; including site and financial management, according to the standard Local and International Project Management procedures
• Responsible for liaising with the Group's store design partner to ensure Project Management of the stores met the plan and design specifications
• Responsible for ensuring the efficient and timeous completion of the construction of outlets (according to CPA)
