Role Purpose

The Associate Director Operations will provide quality assurance and plan and manage the delivery of client services and internal projects as directed by the Partner.

Full-time – Rotational; 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off

Role tasks and responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and supporting projects as instructed by Partner.
  • Responsible for the mobilisation, execution and demobilisations of all Mozambique based programs
  • Management of short term (ad hoc) and smaller contracts
  • Planning and execution of short-term tasks and events as directed by the Partner.
  • Drafting of Concepts of Operation in support of the proposal process as required
  • Support to the production of commercial proposals
  • Ownership of the Standard Operating Procedures and associated documents applicable to Mozambique; including regional documents
  • Support HR processes for both local and expatiate employees
  • Conduct of audits as directed by the Partner in support of major projects; including QAQC processes and audits
  • Management of a workforce of local nationals and expatriate employees
  • Support to the wider Mozambique business as directed by Partner Mozambique
