THE FINANCIAL ANALYST, TREASURY POSITION

Sunnova Energy is searching for a Financial Analyst, Treasury to support the Assistant Treasurer with an immediate focus on providing accurate, timely, and meaningful cash forecasts and analysis to guide and enhance senior management financial decisions. This position in a fast-paced team environment requires priority management skills, strong written and spoken communication, as well as quantitative data experience and excellent Excel abilities. This dynamic role has the potential to expand in scope and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Creating, maintaining, and assisting with elaborate Excel spreadsheets
• Analyze and interpret 13-week cash forecast
• Cash forecast variance analysis, identifying forecast methodologies or assumptions that can be improved

Minimum Requirements

• Education required: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Minimum years of experience required is 2+

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Asset Backed Securities a plus
• Exceptionally strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Robust Micorsoft Excel sills
• Comfortable working with extensive data and numbers
• Detail oriented self-starter
• Well-organized, efficient, and productive under pressure due to tight time constraints
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
